MINISTRY
Member of S. Columban Church in Loveland Ohio from 1962 to 1997. Served as Chair of the Parish Council, Chair of the Worship Commission, Director of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, instructor in the Religious education Program, and member of the Pastoral Staff. Ordained to the Diaconate in 1976 at S. Peter in Chains Cathedral in Cincinnati. From 1972 to 1988 at S. Columban Church, was responsible for the preparation and staging of primary liturgies, training and directing ministers for the liturgies, and the environment of the worship space and related areas. Service in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati included assisting in the formulation of Parish Council Guidelines, Guidelines for the Construction and Renovation of Church Buildings; member of the Archdiocesan Worship Commission. Has lectured and written on the history, environment, and practice of liturgy, ministry, and the sacraments of the Church. Retired from active ministry in 1991. Currently, member of S. Anthony of Padua Church in Cincinnati (Madisonville); instructor in parish education/formation programs.
